Brief
BACTES, a company owned by Sharecare, needed a portal solution for their vendors so they can review the status and details of medical record requests from their patients.
After receiving product requirements and scenarios from my product manager, I was able to develop user stories by creating role-based proto personas. I was then able to derive a product structure and define the data and functional elements.
With a structure in place, I was able to create a wireframe in Balsamiq where I could iterate on the details with stakeholders.
When the wireframe was complete, I created a hi-fidelity prototype with Sketch and Invision that could be used for user testing and was handed over for development when validated.
